Arlene Daily, principal of Arlene Daily Solutions, LLC, has 25 years of corporate, nonprofit, government and journalism experience.
Having served as the chief executive of multiple nonprofit organizations, Arlene is highly experienced in operations, human resources, program development, budgeting, fundraising, grant writing, policy, training, as well as development of press or fundraising events for hundreds of people, conferences for thousands of people, and community events for tens of thousands of people.
She has managed publicity for Hollywood celebrities, branding for one of the world’s most recognizable brands, and communications for a swath of industries.
She also wrote about business for two newspapers, and used what she learned to create powerful marketing, communications and fundraising tools, like appeal letters, grant applications, and strategic messaging.
Additionally, Arlene comes with significant federal grant experience after years of managing HUD grants at the nonprofit level, as well as working for the federal government to help nonprofits and local governments best utilize their grant funds and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Arlene has taken the helm of organizations in a deficit and brought them into the black. She has broken down walls of workplace silos to coalesce employees. And she has built community alliances that served all involved.
